Congenital dyshormonogenic hypothyroidism with goiter (CDHG) is an autosomal recessive disorder, caused by lymphocytic destruction or idiopathic atrophy of the thyroid gland. The clinical signs include growth delay, low-intensity heart murmur, cough, exercise intolerance, goiter and dyshormonogenesis.
